Happy Golden Life
Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is a private limited company in corporated
under the provisions Act 1956.
The company has
launched a scheme to promote market of its products.
The person who is
registered with the company shall be registered as Happy Golden
Life Marketing Pvt. Ltd. distributor He/She shall be allotted with
unique Happy Golden Life Marketing Pvt. Ltd Distributor code. A
distributor should always quote his/ her Happy Golden Life code
no. while corresponding with the company.
The Person
authorized by the company will explain the business of the
company.
All the
distributor should understand the business of the company before
joining the company filling up and signing the agreement.
Golden Life
Marketing Pvt. Ltd. Only & the cash payments shall be made at the
office of the company. No cheque will be
accepted.
Distributor of
the company will be part of the marketing network and will be
entitled company products.
The company
reserve the right to make any charges, Amendment or alteration in
design, nature content, description, range,
Scheme and
formulation of the product and services provided by the Company
including any changes in the marketing strategy.
Compensation plan
policies and procedure from time to time as the company may deed
fit and necessary to do so.
If any
distributor of staff wants to promote / market the products of the
company is any other means except this promotion plan which helps
the company to increase in sales then a prior written permission
is required from the management of the company.
All the payments
will be subject to all applicable taxes and other tax with holding
duties and levies.
The payment is
not refundable under any circumstances for the purchase of
products of Happy Golden Life Marketing Pvt. Ltd.
The company at
his discretions reserves the whole rights to terminate any
distributor.
The person who is
registered with the company shall be registered as Happy Golden
Life Marketing Distributor. He/She shall be allotted with unique
Happy Golden Life Marketing Pvt. Ltd. Distributors Code. A
distributor should always quote his/her Happy Golden Life code
number while corresponding with the company.
Distributor of
the company will be part of the Marketing Network and will be
entitled Company’s product.
The company shall
amend terms and conditions; rules and regulations and commissions
and incentives as require. Such changes shall be only implemented
after duly approved by the Board of director of the company.
The company
reserves the right to suspend/terminate and forfeit it the
dues/commissions/incentives on the ground of deliberate damage to
the name of company, quality of instructions, recognition of
diploma/certificated issued assets etc, of the company by the
member. The termination/suspension shall be duly approved by
general body meeting of the company.
The distributor
is not allowed to sale / transfer his distributor code to anybody
than his/her distribution code will be terminated with immediately
effect.
Upon death of a
distributor codes shall stand transferred to the nominee mentioned
in the registration form, who will be entitled to receive all
benefits. This will be done on submission of death certificate and
other necessary documents form the appropriate authority to the
company along with filled registration forms on nominee.
All the payments
due to the happy distributor shall be made between 5th
to 15th days of every month under normal circumstances.
The company shall
deducts TDS and other taxes as and when applicable at the time of
payment.
No payment shall
be released with out Band account number and PAN number under any
circumstances.
All the disputes
are shall be subject to Jaipur (Rajasthan) jurisdiction only.
As per the policy
of the company any person can join the company for marketing of
Company’s Product and no person is allowed to join the company for
investment purpose.
All the above
terms and condition are applicable for everybody including
nominee.
All the
distributor will get the commission by the company, i.e. higher
the growth higher the incentive.
No Distributor is
allowed to use Company network for marketing / promoting any other
product or scheme which is not related to Company.
The company
terminate if a Happy Distributor / Super Distributor/ Star / Super
Star/Silver Star/Super Silver Star/Gold Star/ Super Gold Star /
Diamond / Super Diamond / King / Super King act against the
interest to company.
The company
terminate if a Happy Distributor / Super Distributor/ Star / Super
Star/Silver Star/Super Silver Star/Gold Star/ Super Gold Star /
Diamond / Super Diamond / King / Super King violets any of the
terms and condition by the Company.
The company
terminate if found any statement and information made in the
application to be false.
The company
terminate if any Happy Distributor / Super Distributor/ Star /
Super Star/Silver Star/Super Silver Star/Gold Star/ Super Gold
Star / Diamond / Super Diamond / King / Super King uses the
company premises / venues to represent any other company or its
person use.
The rights of a
terminated Happy Distributor / Super Distributor/ Star ./ Super
Star/Silver Star/Super Silver Star/Gold Star/ Super Gold Star /
Diamond / Super Diamond / King / Super King to receive benefits
(Commission/ Compensations in whatever form), the company ceases
immediately from the date of termination.
I have gone
through all terms and condition. mentioned above in and I
undertake to abide by all the terms and condition of the company.
